Our Cleaning Company terms and agreement
There is NO TERM to this agreement.
D & L Professional Cleaning LLC may cancel at any time for any reason.
D & L Professional Cleaning LLC reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time.
If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations.
There is a $35 lockout fee.
Client will be charged 50% of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 24 hours notice.
For the safety of our employees, D & L Professional Cleaning LLC reserves the right to close our offices at any time, due to severe weather.
A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days.
Client will pay $25.00 per check for NSF (Non Sufficient Funds).
If we are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment, ironing, or wash dishes, client agrees to not hold D & L Professional Cleaning LLC responsible for damage to any article or component.
We make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items not be cleaned by our crew members.
D & L Professional Cleaning LLC must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered.
D & L Professional Cleaning LLC reserves the right to change the Service Agreement.
Although D & L Professional Cleaning LLC takes caution when using any cleaning products D & L Professional Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damages caused by cleaning products or equipment provided by the customer.
D & L Professional Cleaning LLC will not be held accountable for damages caused by faulty equipment/appliances owned by the client.
Flat fee is only for weekly or bi-weekly service.
